Got Juice?

A few weeks ago I decided to jump on the juicing wagon. I couldn't believe how many people are doing it, so finally I said let me see what the buzz is all about. I did some research on the benefits of juicing and found great information on Livestrong. A few things that caught my eye right away were that I don't have to eat the vegetables!! Whoohoo!!
I've came up with a quick and easy way to prep my vegetables to be juiced during the week. The hassle of cutting, cleaning and prepping was getting to me so wahhlaa! This is more convenient for all moms and dads of on the go.
